TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MARE SURF CAMP
Before booking your stay at Mare Surf Camp, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By confirming your reservation, you accept the terms regarding booking, payment, cancellations, and other important policies.
-BOOKING CONDITIONS:
• A 20% deposit of the total camp price is required to secure your booking. This deposit can be paid via bank transfer or online card payment. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the deposit.
• The remaining 80% of the total price must be paid in cash, in euros, upon arrival at Mare Surf Camp.
-CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:
• Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival: 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation more than 1 month but less than 2 months before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation on arrival or after the start of your stay: 80% of the full booking cost for the days canceled will still need to be paid.
Please note: In cases such as visa rejection, flight cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, our standard cancellation policy applies without exception.
If Mare Surf Camp cancels your booking for any reason, we will offer an alternative holiday of a similar standard or a full refund of the amount paid.
-BOOKING CHANGE POLICY:
• You can request a change to your booking dates up to one month before your scheduled arrival.
• Only one date change is permitted per booking.
-HEALTH AND INSURANCE POLICY:
• All guests are required to have valid travel insurance, including coverage for surfing activities.
• Mare Surf Camp is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your stay or surfing sessions. Guests must ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage before their arrival.
-PRIVACY POLICY:
• Mare Surf Camp guarantees that any personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for managing your stay.
• We will not share or pass your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
